Baking Sourdough Bread In-Person

Join us for a three-session, hands-on course and learn how to bake your own delicious sourdough bread at home! Sourdough bread is easy to make, requires no fancy equipment, and boasts incredible flavor (it’s often not sour at all). It’s great for digestion and health, and it’s much more affordable than store-bought bread. This course will help you master the basics of sourdough, giving you the confidence to experiment and personalize your loaves to make them uniquely your own. Register to attend by calling 570-523-1172, visiting the library, or registering online.

PS: If, when you register, the course is full, please be sure to add your name to the waitlist. It is common for people to cancel and slots to open as we get closer to the start of the course.
