Gluten Free Sourdough Bread

Gluten Free Sourdough Bread In-Person

People who are gluten-sensitive frequently report that it’s difficult to find a gluten-free bread that they can enjoy.

Come join Vince Basile, a long-time sourdough bread baker, as he takes you through his attempts to create a gluten-free sourdough loaf with good flavor and texture. It’s an ongoing process, but the latest version (number 9!) has
received thumbs-up scores across the board from our group of gluten-sensitive testers.
In the end, you’ll have a recipe that you can make at home and enjoy, plus a better understanding of the ingredients and methods used. Register to attend by calling 570-523-1172, visiting the library or registering online.

PS: If, when you register, the course has filled, please be sure to add your name to the waitlist. It is common for people to cancel and slots to open as we get closer to the start of the course.
